Malaysia Meat Dish
Satay Kajang
Ingredients

2 lb Chicken/Beef
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
4 shallots (Grind)
1 tsp powder tumeric
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp powder lemon grass
1 tsp salt

Procedure

Cube meat,drain & put aside.Marinate the meat with all the ingredient,for 2 hour. Using the bamboo stick.skewer 3 pieces of meat on one skewer, as kebab.Grill over burnig coal,constantly sprinkling cooking oil over the meat.

Peanut Sauce
Ingredients

300 gms peanut
1 piece of galangal
3 tbsps pounded chillies
3 stalks lemon grass
2 cup sugar
1 bombay onion
½ cup lime juice
salt to taste

Procedure

For sauce; grind roasted peanuts,lemon grass galangal until fine.stir fry onion until soft,add ground chillies & other ground ingredients. Add lime juice and lastly peanuts,sugar and salt.Simmer until the gravy thickens.
