Peru Meat Dish
Ceviche: The Peruvian Sushi

Ingredients

2 lb. Tilapia fish fillet
Red onion – Julian cut
Garlic clove crushed
˝ cup Fresh squeezed limejuice
Peruvian yellow chili chopped
Salt, pepper, cilantro
Serve with boiled corn and sweet potatoes

Procedure

Cut the fish into small squares, and then add salt, pepper, garlic and limejuice. Let it sit for 1 hour so the limejuice can “cook” the fish. Add the Peruvian yellow chili and red onion and mix well. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with corn and sweet potatoes.
